Four Leaf Limousine — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services of Four Leaf Limousine LLC. By submitting a booking request or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

We provide chauffeured transportation including airport transfers, proms, corporate rides, party bus services, special occasions, and day-to-day travel in Houston, Austin, and Galveston.

2) Booking & Payment

• Website form submissions are requests only. A booking is confirmed once accepted by dispatch or a driver.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• No-refund policy: once a driver is dispatched, payment is required even if canceled on arrival or no-show.

3) Conduct

• No smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior in vehicles.
• Customer responsible for damages or excessive cleaning fees.

4) Liability

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.

5) Minors

Bookings must be made by adults 18+. Minors may ride only with parental or guardian consent.

6) Arbitration & Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are waived.

7) Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
